Our Safety Strategy for Students
OCTOBER 2009
Dear Parents/Guardians,
NEW AUTHORIZATION FORMS - Each student who is a regular attending teenager in our Wednesday youth program “the Crossing” needs to fill out an Authorization and Medical Consent form yearly (download form here). These are our first steps in beginning to implement our Plan-to-Protect policies. We value the safety of all students in our program and this Plan to Protect ensures that maintain a safe environment for teenager. Please call us if you have any questions. 613.342.4075.
